Beast VS KGF Chapter 2 In Advance Booking: Thalapathy Vijay’s Film Set For A Bumper Start But It’s 16 Crores+ Hindi Sale Of Yash Starrer Which Is Making A Huge Difference

With two biggies—Beast and KGF Chapter 2--facing off, we're in for one of the largest confrontations at the Indian box office. It's a fight between Thalapathy Vijay, one of India's top stars, and Yash, a new pan-Indian sensation. Because it's a titanic battle, let's take a look at how both films are doing in advance booking.

For those who are unaware, Vijay's film would be released one day before KGF 2. Despite the fact that both films are marketed as pan-India films, there is a significant variation in how they begin advance ticket sales. KGF 2 handled it well by beginning ticket sales in all languages early, however Vijay's film got off to a late start and has been inconsistent in all other languages except the original Tamil version.

 

Beast is plainly suffering a setback in Hindi and other versions because to a hectic situation in advance ticketing, but it's set for a blockbuster start thanks to the Tamil version. According to sacnilk.com, the Thalapathy Vijay starrer has already sold 17.60 crores worth of tickets in the Tamil version alone (as of last night's data). Tickets worth 2.10 crores have been purchased in the Telugu version, bringing the total to 19.70 crores. Other versions' reports are still in the works.

 

While Beast is going at its own fast pace, KGF Chapter 2 has taken a significant lead thanks to the Hindi audience's enthusiasm. According to the same website, the Yash starrer has already sold 16.30 crores worth of tickets. The Kannada version comes in second with 7.60 crores in sales. The Tamil version is also doing well, with 2.40 crores worth of seats already sold. The Malayalam and Telugu versions respectively contribute 2.10 crores and 11 lakhs. The entire advance booking stands at a whopping 28.51 crores, and the Hindi version clearly outperforms the English version!
