The film Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, starring Nayanthara, Samantha, and Vijay Sethupathi, was released on April 28 to rave reviews from both the public and critics. Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal had a strong opening weekend in Tamil Nadu, grossing over Rs. 23.50 crores over four days, with nearly Rs. 19 crores in Tamil Nadu. The film's creators recently paid a surprise visit to a theatre to record audience reactions in real time.

 

 

Simran's most recent film appearance was in Mahaan, in which she starred alongside Vikram. Her next film is 'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect,' which she will star in. It is a biographical drama film based on the life of Nambi Narayanan, a former Indian Space Research Organisation scientist and aerospace engineer who was wrongfully accused of espionage. Madhavan, who also plays the title lead role, wrote, produced, and directed the film.
