Pooja Hegde expressed her displeasure on Twitter, writing, "I'm extremely disappointed in how a rude @IndiGo6E staff member named Vipul Nakashe treated us today on our flight out of Mumbai.For no apparent reason, an arrogant, ignorant, and threatening tone was used with us. Normally, I would not tweet about such matters, but this was truly shocking (sic)."
