Will the teaser for 'Ponniyin Selvan' be released in the Chola kingdom's capital city?

Mani Ratnam, the legendary director, is currently working on his dream project, 'Ponniyin Selvan.' We already informed you that the team has planned a large-scale promotional campaign. The latest news is that the franchise's marketing efforts will begin with a teaser launch event.

'Ponniyin Selvan' is a historical fiction novel based on a book by renowned author Kalki of the same name. The epic period drama centres on the Chola dynasty's throne and the conspiracy that surrounds it. The majority of the story takes place in and around Thanjavur, the Chola empire's capital. As a result, the producers of 'Ponniyin Selvan' have decided to hold a grand teaser launch event at Thanjavur's prestigious temple.

 

An official announcement is expected soon, and the production house has also planned a world tour to promote 'Ponniyin Selvan' following the teaser release. A separate music launch event is likely to take place in another country. The magnum opus project's music was composed by Isai Puyal AR Rahman, and the visuals were handled by Ravi Varman.
